Dojo Facilities

The UQ Sports Centre has change rooms with toilets and showers so you can easily get changed before and after training.

What To Wear

Beginners are encouraged to wear loose clothing as Aikido training can be quite rigorous. Bring along footwear that is easy to take off before stepping onto the matts. We suggest bringing a pair of thongs with you.

You will not need a uniform straight away, but can arrange to purchase one from Steve Sensei when you are ready.
